Shipping Service Provider
Shipping is carried out exclusively by DHL for both domestic and international deliveries.
Delivery Area
We currently offer delivery to countries within the European Union (EU). Delivery outside the EU is not available at this time.
Shipping Costs
Domestic shipping within Germany:
- Up to 2 kg: €6.49
- 2 kg to 5 kg: €7.99
EU countries outside Germany:
- Up to 2 kg: €16.99
- 2 kg to 5 kg: €19.99
Orders exceeding 5 kg cannot be shipped at this time. All prices include VAT.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
In-Stock Items: Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery within Germany typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. Delivery times to other EU countries vary depending on the destination and local postal conditions.
Pre-Orders & New Releases: For pre-order items or specific new product launches, please allow a processing time of up to 8 weeks. The estimated shipping timeframe will be indicated on the respective product page.
No Self Pick-Up
It is not possible to collect the goods yourself. Delivery is made exclusively by mail order.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
No additional customs duties or import taxes are incurred for deliveries within the European Union.
